September 12, 2007: APO Reminders and Info

Hello Region III,

I hope everyone's semester is going well and that everyone had/is having a successful rush! I wanted to send out a few reminders.....

1) Check your supply pledge pins at least two weeks before your pledge induction, you don't want to be caught short the day of:) If you need more pins, give the National Office a call at 1-816-373-8667.
2) Check your ritual materials to make sure you have everything you need and that your candles are in good shape. No one likes a nubby candle :)
3) Do a practive run through of the ceremony. This helps make sure everyone is on the same page and feels confident of their role.
4) Within 10 days of the induction ceremony make sure all of the pledge forms and fees ($32 per pledge) are sent to the National Office.

Okie, enough reminders. Enjoy your semester and I encourage each of you to attend the Regional Conference, November 2-4, at North Carolina State University. It is going to be a great conference! One of the best ways to improve your chapter is to meet Brothers from other chapters and share ideas.
